Shipping policy

Order Processing

Please allow us 24 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process. Surface Interval does not ship on weekends or major holidays. We ship all our orders out of Mumbai, India.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, if you do not receive the same please do check your spam folder.

Shipping Method 

For orders within India, we offer free shipping and your order would be shipped out to you upto 5 working days once you place an order. Our shipping timeline is from 5-7 working days in India!

If you've placed your order on a Thursday or Friday it will get dispatched on a Monday. 

International shipping estimated delivery time is a minimum of 14-20 business days. (Please note: Business days do not include the weekend and public holidays. International shipping can sometimes take longer than expected due to customs delays, and customs clearance. Please keep on eye on the tracking ID provided, if the items are lost, we will do our level best to ensure they are found and delivered to you at the earliest. Please refer to our refund and return policy for any other questions. Any customs duty or customs tax must be borne by the customer. 

Our packaging is completely eco-friendly and sustainable, therefore each piece in itself is unique. Defects and issues in the packaging are part of its sustainable nature, although we try out best to have everything 100%.

We pack out products neck down! if you receive your product in any other manner do email us so we can get it checked and fixed.
